“My transfer on way out was without aircon. The minibus drivers window was open. The drive was a little uncomfortable. The return journey was with a lovely aircon minibus. The driver was a little late due to traffic. He was lovely. He notified the hotel to tell them his on his way. We had plenty of time at the airport so not a big deal.”

“Wij komen net terug uit Malaga, de taxi naar ons appartement en retour naar de AirPort was prima geregeld. Nu weer geboekt van airport Lanzerote naar ons appartement in december en terug.”

“Making sure that you get to the hotel and airport on arrival and departure on time, is very important and can be a very stressful time. Shuttle Direct were very good at making sure we had nothing to worry about. We were the only people in the vehicle and on arrival at the airport they texted me outlining how long they were going to be and exactly where we would meet. The day before our holiday ended, they called me personally to say that they would be picking us up 1/2 an hour early because of predicted heavy traffic. This was a nice touch and welcome.”

“Fahrer war beide Male pünktlich da. Bei der Abholung von Flughafen kann es zu Verzögerungen am Gepäckband. Mit viel Zureden hat der Fahrer (nach Telefonat mit Chef) 60 Minuten gewartet. Die Fahrt war dann sehr ruppig und mit Telefon an Ohr... Nicht schön. Rückfahrt war hervorragend.”

“Der Service der Busse und deren Fahrer sind sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter am Schalter Flughafen Rhodos sehr unfreundlich, führen Privatgespräche, jede Frage ist Ihnen lästig.”

“Es hat alles gut funktioniert, lediglich der Fahrer bei der Abholung hätte etwas kommunikativer sein können, ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen, würde ich jeder Zeit wieder buchen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

“Shuttle direct was reliable however on the way there I had to sit and wait for the bus for over half an hour then I was told I had to wait 45 mins because it was waiting for another plane to land then I got told after 45 mins it was going to be a other half an hour before we was going to leave. On the way back to Girona, there was no issues and was on time.”
