“On arrival told at Diagros airport reception told us to wait outside airport for mini bus. After 10 minutes we had to search for our transport in the dark,walking past many buses. Advised that waiting area was Gennadi Court on last day but telephone call later advised us bus was waiting at Pharmacy. I don't think driver was pleased with us. Hotel owner kindly helped us to the bus. Thank you however for the service. Christine Shawyer”

“The driver from Antalya airport to the hotel was very punctual and friendly as well as the driver from hotel to the airport. The only remark that I have is regarding the person, who was in charge of the local transport company in Antalya (Murat Dogan Turiszm Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd). When I called this company to confirm my shuttle, this person was very rude and unfriendly! This is definitely a negative remark from my point of view.”

“Fahrer stand pünktlich da bei Hin- und Rückfahrt, Auto war sauber, einzig bei der Hinfahrt war der Babysitz für meine Tochter nicht festgemacht sondern einfach nur auf den Sitz gestellt. Das habe ich leider erst beim Aussteigen gemerkt, sonst hätte ich gleich reklamiert.”

“I have used Shuttle Direct for many years and find it a great service. Always there when you arrive and there to pick you up again on your return journey. The reason i am only giving 4 stars is because of our trip over the previous 2 weeks. We were very much delayed on our outward journey from Cork on 27th September, because of Storm Agnes, so i sent an email to Shuttle Direct to let them know this. I got an email in return advising me that i needed to contact the transport company that were handling our pick-up. As there was no email address for this company, i instead rang the spanish phone number and the gentleman who answered the call had no idea what i was trying to tell him but kept telling me everything was ok!!! We didnt travel until the following morning, 28th September with nobody there on arrival to pick us up. I do think it would be way better if Shuttle Direct could have handled this themselves as it was to them that we paid for our pick up and collection. Nevertheless, i would still use Shuttle Direct in the future.”
