Making sure that you get to the hotel and airport on arrival and departure on time, is very important and can be a very stressful time.
Shuttle Direct were very good at making sure we had nothing to worry about.
We were the only people in the vehicle and on arrival at the airport they texted me outlining how long they were going to be and exactly where we would meet.
The day before our holiday ended, they called me personally to say that they would be picking us up 1/2 an hour early because of predicted heavy traffic.
This was a nice touch and welcome.
