Very prompt departure from Alicante airport, good communication, received email confirming return pick up a couple of days prior to departure which was reassuring. Our collection was also prompt and on time. We did have a number of pick-ups enroute to the airport so it took us over an hour to leave Benidorm but I suppose that's just the luck of the draw as to how many people/locations are booked on the day. Despite this we would use again, reasonable rates and reliable.
