When we arrived at the airport, the driver was not there to greet us as planned, we found someone to help us who was waiting for other shuttles and they rang to see where the transfer was, she informed us she had been in touch and they would be with us shortly, we waited about 20 mins and the driver turned up saying she had had problems with the van. It would have been nice to have had a text or message to let us know this. The transfer back to the airport arrived on time and we had no problems.
