Best choice ever. They have a representative desk at the Chania airport. Bus was waiting outside (by the bus station at the airport), came just 10 min late on the pick up day (that's absolutely acceptable). Buses had air-conditioning and we're very clean. Drivers were polite, clean, presentable and very professional.
