Was dubious when booking as I’ve had a bad experience in Lanzarote this year, but all was fine.
Our driver was in the airport arrivals hall with a name card, we followed him the short distance to the bus he loaded the cases and we boarded a very impressive and clean about 16 seat shuttle bus, driver was very courteous and drove at a relaxed speed.
Our return journey was no less impressive and would defiantly use this company again if we return to Menorca, we were a family of 6 adults and 2 children.
