We used Shuttle Direct to get us from Brindisi airport to Lecce. We arrived only 5 minutes late, but both immigration and baggage handling are incredibly slow, despite us being the only plane which had landed recently. When we eventually got through the driver was waiting for us with a clear notice with our names. He took care of the baggage trolley and sped us to Lecce. It all worked just as we wanted.
