The driver arrived 10 minutes early, unfortunately not where I had indicated on the order. We stood waiting outside for 5-10 minutes and I even sent the driver a google maps location of where we were. He was on the phone shouting “Madam! Madam!” which at 4am was a bit much. When he finally found us he made some remark about parking restrictions. But given that our taxi to the B&B dropped us off at that exact spot, it was 4am and only one vehicle passed us (not exactly causing an obstruction), and the fact that I had provided the address in advance, made me wonder what the issue was. Should the customer be expected to know what the local parking restrictions are? I would suggest that the driver sends an exact pick-up location to the customer to avoid any of this stress and confusion. The trip itself to the airport was completely fine.
