Not very easy to gather information. I constantly rang the phone during an emergency I didn’t get through for ages.
My hotel was Hotel Astoria park and I had to travel 15 mins away for my transfer whilst everyone else got it from the Main Street.
My shuttle was delayed and possibly never showed up but luckily another shuttle had extra space and brought me along.
