Due to an error on the part of their agent, I was not collected at my hotel. As a result I had to book a taxi back to the airport. Since then Shuttle Direct have refunded me the taxi fare. Mistakes will happen. When they do you want the service to accept responsibility, apologise for their error and refund you your expenses. This was all done by Shuttle Direct in a timely manner. Because of that I would be happy to book their service again.
