Was told on arrival would have to wait 1 hour for shuttle. Advised person at desk I had a meeting and needed to get into centre of town before that. Shrugged his shoulders and said its a private company, take it up with them.
I had to take alternative transport to make my meeting!
When I asked for a refund, it was refused under terms and conditions.
Very unfair , absolutely no compromise. Would never recommend this company due to their poor customer service.
