Great service, friendly professional staff. I was very tired when I arrived and ached all over. The driver could see my distress & was very helpful. The desk clerk was a delightful young woman.
The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a new city to me and I didn’t know which terminal was my arrival. Oops, I had to change terminals. I missed my scheduled bus but they planned me on the next available bus.
