shuttle direct transfer refused to take us to the hotel because the bus could not get to the hotel , , no mention of this before we arrived to airport , they offered to drop us half a mile away with loads of steps , ended up getting a taxi , and cancelled the return trip very bad service , if you can leave people at the hotel you need to inform them in time to make proper arrangements
