We called you 23 hours ahead to bring one more on the shuttle. It was to late, you answered.
The day for departure. The Shuttle arrived on time, but it took 1 1/2 hour, instead of expected 45 min. We missed a meeting at the airport, but the driver got a call to pick up more passenger. This time it was not to late!!
