One of our group lost his passport on the plane and wasn’t allowed to pass through passport control. We weee assisted by the police. In the meantime we had forgotten about the shuttle. I received a call from the desk from a lovely representative who assured us that she would move our booking to a later transfer. I was so grateful for the call and how professional the representative was. Thank you ☺️
