We nearly had a catastrophy when after submitting our negative lateral flow to Skyway (paperwork not checked by Ryanair on departure) ! We arrive in Krakow where there was a huge queue. We suddenly realised our certificates both showed “failed“ - knowing our tests were both negative ! Whilst in the queue at Krakow we emailed Skyway asking them to call us urgently and they did!! Then emailed us our negative certificates - Just in time to clear Krakow passport control desk!!!
