“My wife and I ordered supervised test to travel to the USA. We were anxious as we needed the results back the night before as we had a long journey to the airport early the next day. Certs were sent through within 20 minutes. Great and friendly service. Highly recommended”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. Your test was sent out to you from our warehouse without any issue, my colleague looked into this when you emailed in & advised there seemed to have been an issue with our shipping partner, Royal Mail. They have been having strikes which seems to have affected their operations and your parcel must have been misplaced. We then issued a refund in full and sent an apology email over to you. This refund should show up on your statement any day now. “Brilliant and affordable testing. We tested remotely from San Francisco for a cruise and it was very efficient and saved us a lot of money and hassle. Certificate was emailed to us very quickly. Highly recommend.”

“Our appointment was at 8.30am and due to our flight time we had to do the test at the airport. At 8.28am we logged on and waited on someone turning up. We waited and waited and waited some more. We sent several emails asking for someone to contact us but no-one did and we eventually had to abandon the call to get on the plane to Italy. Thankfully our test was not required to get on the plane but for a cruise which was still two days away so we had some time to sort it out, but it was incredibly stressful. When we arrived at the airport in Italy we had by then received an email from the company and we managed to do the test at the airport in Italy. Apparently the chap was on-line from 7.55am and was waiting for us, however as our appointment was at 8.30am I can only assume the chap got his appointments mixed up. Thankfully it all worked out but it ruined our flight because of the worry, we had been forced to travel to Italy to catch a cruise that we might not have been cleared to board had our tests been positive.”

“Pretty easy but instructions should confirm when you video yourself it’s via your app not on your camera roll and you instruct step by step and press next on each step so no need to revise the instructions. Also to press next on the last step and you time the 15 minutes because that was confusing when reading instructions. Apart from that all good!”

“Testing kits arrived very quickly after ordering. Administering of test was easy and seamless - we did the test via zoom. The tester was very helpful, friendly, professional and all took less than 5 minutes and test certificate was received very quickly. I had a few queries prior to testing and all emails were answered promptly. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“I'd booked a Fit to Fly test for travel to the US but just days before departure the US changed that requirement. I immediately contacted Skyway, to cancel the test & asked if there was any possibility of a refund. I was not optimistic as it was no fault of Skyway, but to my surprise & delight upon return of the test kits, I received a full refund. If only all companies could be as understanding as Skyway.”
