“Tele consultation on time and well managed for 4 of us. Delay in receiving certificates after loading results a little stressful but resolved in time.Would definitely use again”

“Pretty easy but instructions should confirm when you video yourself it’s via your app not on your camera roll and you instruct step by step and press next on each step so no need to revise the instructions. Also to press next on the last step and you time the 15 minutes because that was confusing when reading instructions. Apart from that all good!”

“I have ordered testing kits, which arrived promptly, and booked two video calls to do the tests for a flight. This has not happened yet, but my queries when booking were answered promptly and they have been helpful thus far. Hopefully the testing will be fine and we will be able to get on our flight.”

“Video consultation was super straightforward and I got my certificate pretty much instantly. Delivery of the test was great too, and small packaging should fit in most letterboxes. Would recommend.”

“Overall the process and communication were good. Unfortunately, I couldn't find and download the app onto my phone, so was sent a link to upload my documentation. I had a bit of trouble when uploading my test video, test result photo and passport scan and was a bit panicked when I then got a failed test result! This wasn't because I had Covid. After an email from me with the relevant scan attached, I was sent a Fit-to-Fly Certificate very quickly, so in the end, it all was fine and the price is certainly very reasonable.”

“Easy to order the tests and they arrived on time. It is tricky trying to video yourself and take the test, but instructions seemed to indicate that you could not have someone else video you. Also the test results could easily be faked e.g. by sending a picture of someone else’s negative result. I thought that each test would have a unique identifier to prevent this. Our tests were both negative and the certificate was sent within a few minutes which was great.”

Hi there Kathleen, Thank you for your feedback. You don't have to download the app to use our service. As long as you have access to the internet everything can be uploaded to our customer portal which we give information to when you place your order. Kind regards Sam

“OK I left the last review but I think the problem is with the app. I uploaded mine instead (my wife used the app which froze) and worked fine and got my result within a few minutes. Fair play to Skyway customer support who got back to me within the hour and resolved the issue. Problems happen but Skyway have resolved them quickly.”

“Convenient to be able to test from home and at whatever time suits you. Although the maximum video size is very small so needs to be recorded at a very low quality and I needed to use multiple websites to compress the video size.”

“I would like to thank Sam for all the help given to me via email contact. Support and guidance much appreciated. Reason for my contact with Sam…….I was confused by on line guidance documentation under PCR testing heading. The e.g guidance provided for PCR testing on line is guidance for Lateral flow testing. This is very confusing! Guidance for PCR needs to be relevant to taking a PCR test and should include same e.g. of information as sent as hard copy with package through post. As a newcomer to this process I would have found whole experience less stressful if documentation had matched. I could not find a telephone no to discuss my concerns on line. This was frustrating too as whole concern could have been sorted more immediately and problem solved. However Sam was great as replying to my concerns were resolved.”
