“The testing process when we arrived back from abroad was straight forward once we had visited YouTube for a demonstration. I don’t have poor eyesight but the written instructions accompanying the test package were unclear and very hard to read. Very quick results.”

“Booked through Gatwick Airport. Its a Lateral flow test. Would have preferred a walk in service before leaving airport on arrival in UK than having a test posted to me. I have several tests at home given free from Tesco & do them weekly. Annoyed having to pay unnecessarily.”
