Our appointment was at 8.30am and due to our flight time we had to do the test at the airport. At 8.28am we logged on and waited on someone turning up. We waited and waited and waited some more. We sent several emails asking for someone to contact us but no-one did and we eventually had to abandon the call to get on the plane to Italy. Thankfully our test was not required to get on the plane but for a cruise which was still two days away so we had some time to sort it out, but it was incredibly stressful. When we arrived at the airport in Italy we had by then received an email from the company and we managed to do the test at the airport in Italy. Apparently the chap was on-line from 7.55am and was waiting for us, however as our appointment was at 8.30am I can only assume the chap got his appointments mixed up. Thankfully it all worked out but it ruined our flight because of the worry, we had been forced to travel to Italy to catch a cruise that we might not have been cleared to board had our tests been positive.

results didn't come through as quoted, I was told I hadn't activated the kit, but the paperwork stated it was activated, and when I looked online it stated activated, I would have expected that the barcode and the order would be linked to email the results in the specified time. which made the whole experience very stressful, although the person who answered my frantic emails was very helpful

I uploaded my video only for the app to freeze. Very annoying. I had to just email them and say I’ve already swabbed myself! There was no way I could order another kit. Luckily they took my word n issued me my certificate. Only bonus is the kit arrived the next day n certificate issued in an hour.

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. I have had a look at your order which was placed on 1/2/22 and delivered 2/2/22. Your results were submitted at 11 am - we sent an email to you asking for a photo of your passport to allow us to verify your result at 12:06. We have still to receive this. If you can send it over to me at support@skywaytesting.com I can verify your result no problem. Hope this helps. Sam

Test failed due to photo issue. Told to re upload a new one but nowhere was there a re~upload page so I copied in into and support question page which was accepted although I thought it wouldn’t.

Instruction 1 "Scan the QR code........" We failed at this stage because we do not possess smart phones so cannot scan.

Although the kit arrived fairly quickly, I never received the test certificate and it's been 5 days. Confirmation email said will receive within 12 hours. Checked inbox, spam and junk folder. No response from cuatomer service team either. Shocking!

Test came late in the mail and did not have instructions for how to submit the test for a certificate in the package. Received and email that explained this was an oversight but the email also did not have a proper link to submit. Overall a very clunky process.

I submitted my negative test and it’s been nearly 2 weeks I didn’t receive any certificate neither any acknowledgement , no emails what so ever. I completed the procedure correctly and at the end the page came showing ‘ thank you , we have receive your documents, we will send your certificate via email. This should be the basic and prime responsibility to send all the customers their certificate. If you do so then where is mine ?

Cheap but not easy. Having done everything including passenger locator on skyway the passenger locator reference was not accepted by the flight check in. Still had to go through the gov.uk website

Sent email as bought 2 tests for husband and self I may have made error when purchasing as I have been sent the tests but was not able to get a passenger locator number for my husband just one for me there has been no response to my email so am now going to have to buy another test fir my husband
