Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. Your test was sent out to you from our warehouse without any issue, my colleague looked into this when you emailed in & advised there seemed to have been an issue with our shipping partner, Royal Mail. They have been having strikes which seems to have affected their operations and your parcel must have been misplaced. We then issued a refund in full and sent an apology email over to you. This refund should show up on your statement any day now. I purchased a skyway test but because I could not get an appointment before I was due to fly I had to purchase another from elseware so as far as I am concerned your service gets a zero. I will use the kit on my next trip. Lets hope it will then work.

Hi Stephen, Thanks for your review. Appointments are booked through an automated system and there have been instances whereby the automated slots were fully booked. Our email also indicates to reach out to us should this happen, as we would've been able to manually book you in, in between other calls. Despite emailing twice and having made a frustrating telephone call when I was passed around with no end result I still have no conclusion to my issue or credit. I purchased 2 test kits for a trip to America and Sky testing were unable to give me an appointment within the timeframe of 8 days. My next action is to take to social media

Poor website, account doesn't link the orders with test kit or results, no instructions on how to book an “observed” slot once the kit is ordered, paperwork received in the post was missing any instructions or how to get completed I was just sent the kit and a QR code on a flyer. I submitted a test and still don’t even know the result. Waste of money unless you just want a practice kit especially for travel to USA. Avoid.

Hi Kelly, Sorry to hear about your experience. I looked into your account and can see you submitted results and got your certificate. Our system is a singular portal so your order can only exist in one place. When you log in your order is there and your certificate. You had to activate your test to submit your results which I can see you did and on that very same screen is your result? As soon as you order from us, you get an email with the details of your order and how to book an observed test. You can reach our support teams on email and by phone too with any queries, but I don't see anything from you. Our team is fast to respond (within minutes). We have a full money-back guarantee as you'd have seen when ordering as its on the page before you make payment, so you can simply email or call us and get a full refund.

Video would not upload and then lost it. Had to go and get a RAT at local centre, costing double the price.

Good morning Bartosz, The fit to fly certification requires you to take a video of you taking the test as a government requirement to where you are travelling to, all testing companies follow the same rules. This is clear on purchasing. Hope this clears it up. Kind regards Sam

I bought tests with next day tracking delivery. The tests did not came in time. No solution was offered initially. The offer to buy and use NHS tests was too little too late. Did get a refund but that’s useless if you need a test in time for your flight. Very disappointing to say the least.

Hi Marjolein, I am sorry you did not receive your test kits in time. We had an issue with DPD at the end of last week and this is why we refunded you straight away and also offered an alternative method. Unfortunately this was out of our control and incredibly frustrating for all involved so for that we apologise again. Kind regards Sam

My test result on the app was blank which nearly resulted me been put in quarantine in Poland for 7 days. Luckily enough I used my internet browser and the result showed up

We have used testingforall, cerulean health and testing express before, none of which was as complicated as Skyway Testing. We could not find the app on android, but only for iPhone. The instructions on the procedure are not complete at each step. The date of birth that is inputted when purchasing the kit, is then automatically yet incorrectly inputted in the form that needs filling before uploading the test result. The testing procedure requires videoing oneself during the testing phase including during the 1-minute dipping of the swab into the solution. The app goes then automatically into a 15:00 minute timer, but does not keep the phone awake; our phone went to sleep during the 15 minutes, and when we accessed it again, we had to start from scratch. Once the results were submitted, the certificate arrived via email in less than one minute.
