“The 2 day arrivals test did not arrive in time. It was supposed to arrive in January 18th. I left the UK on January 29th. I did have a message from the carrier saying that it was delayed”

“I did the Skyway allergen 2 day return test which clearly showed 2 lines - meaning I was positive. Sent the results along with my passport photo. Too my surprise Skyway denned that I was negative . Within the hour I went to a local Covid test centre for a PCR test which came back the following day by email stating that I was positive…. So make your own mind up ? The Skyway test clearly showed positive . Total waste of money and extremely dangerous to ones health. Rip off….”

“Ordered two tests, but only one went through, so had to reorder the second test, which seemed to need a different email address, different password etc, which caused problems on phone. This took a long time so not happy”

Hi Joanne - We can see you placed your order at 22:48 on the 12th asking for delivery on the 13th (Saturday) as you were departing for the USA on the 14th (Sunday). Unfortunately, it just isn't possible for us to ship something at 11pm for delivery the next day and Royal Mail don't deliver on Sunday's. I'm sorry about that. We have recalled the item and refunded your money.

“I ordered multiple tests for several trips and also needed a test to take before a work event. Despite ordering on a Thursday the tests have yet to arrive and so I had to purchase another test from a different provider last minute, which added to stress. I do not intend to use this service again.”

“I have been unable to login to the portal from which you can get you passenger locator form reference numbers. It won’t allow me in , even though I’m allowed into my account. Other suppliers simply mail you your PLF reference. And I see no contact telephone line. Now I’m worried about getting home. Not happy !”
