Hello There - I have just checked your order and the kit hasn't been activated and no results submitted on to our systems. The tracking link from Royal Mail shows you kit being delivered to the address placed on your order. I have sent a message privately containing this tracking link and also inviting you to contact us directly to discuss your account as there are no records of you contacting us by phone, email or through our portal. We issue certificates within hours of result submission and where people have difficulty our support teams are on hand from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week.

Never received the test! We would great like someone to get back to us ASAP inorder to comply with government standards.

Hello There - I'm sorry to hear your test kit hasn't arrived. I've looked through our support tickets and at your account and we have had no contact from you advising your kits were missing. We have checked the tracking links and can see the package is with Royal Mail at a centre in London. We do send update emails and text messages and you can contact us any time when kits are delayed or have not arrived. Our policy is to ship new kits free of charge to anyone who's kit has not arrived, but we can only do this if we are contacted. As this is the first report we have seen in relation to your order, someone from support is reaching out to you now to arrange new kits to be delivered.

Waste of money result said failed when done correctly and as per instructions for their lateral flow test it showed a negative result. On completing a free nhs test lateral flow results showed negative

Hi Craig - I've looked at your account and the only reason we had to fail your result is because you didn't provide the photo ID required. Our instructions do clearly request this from you and our support team also emailed you to ask you for your ID so that we could process your results for you.

I don’t know why I had to purchase a day 2 LFT kit and do a test when I had several NHS LFT test kits that were exactly the same. I could have used them and got the same results. They were free of charge. So I paid £27 to get a kit to give me the same result. I sent a photo of the LFT test to get a certificate to tell me it was a negative test, which I already knew. Government rip off.

The test itself was easy to follow but the need to video it for four of us in turn took a long time. It was so annoying that the video was then not required. The online form filling, recording and uploading was also onerous and caused us stress. Altogether, not a good way to spend an afternoon.

After buying my test I expected to receive the code to put in the PLF form to travel to England. For some reason I didn’t get it straight away and to get it I had to sign up with my account. The account I had just created didn’t work and when I tried to change password the page didn’t load. Because of this issue I could not upload the code on the PLF and had to pay a for another test with another company. Would not recommend

Unable to find booking reference No help on website No response to email No contact number to call Nothing on website about booking reference to hep you find it. In fact nothing that can be of any use.
