So basically, I could have a worst experience using Skyway. It's already 5 day that I didn't receive any results or notification. This service its a joke, such a shame. I would like to have a total refund as I didn't get any service from your side.

Hi Manuel, I have replied to you with all information regarding your test, your results and the timeline when they were posted but have not heard back from you. There was a problem with my test. I tried emailing. It was bounced back. I tried calling. The mailbox was full. I believe you are a non existing fraudulent company. I was forced to order a 35 pound test at Heathrow, wasting my 12.99 that I spent with you and causing a lot of last minute stress

Hi Gillian, I have looked into your feedback. You submitted your test result minus the photo of your completed test cassette. We emailed you and asked for this and had no response from you. Our contact information is support@skywaytesting.com - where did you email as we have no full mailbox. As you can see by the many 5 star reviews we are not a fraudulant company and pride ourselves in delivering to our customers and being on hand with any issues. I'm sorry you had to pay for another test, this could have been sorted out quickly to ensure a stress free trip. As a gesture of goodwill I have refunded you for the test you purchased. Good morning Sami, I am so sorry you had an issue with your test delivery. I can see we despatched your kit the day you ordered it. Royal Mail delayed the delivery which I will look into. Always drop us a line on support@skywaytesting.com if you have any issues and we will always send out another test for next day delivery. I have refunded you for your order back to your original payment method. Apologies again Sam

Hi Stacey - Sorry to hear this. We have no problems with our testing certificates before for entry into any country. One of my colleagues is reaching out to you now on the phone to get the full picture of what happened and to refund your money.

Contacting them is impossible! That’s so annoying! I’ll have to buy another test because they didn’t accept my video of doing test. I’m stuck in border, I keep trying to contact them for 7 hours and NO REPLY I honestly don’t recommend, way too complicated for literally nothing. It’s ridiculous

Impossible to contact this company. I had a problem with my test. Email was bounced back- undeliverable. I managed to track down a phone number- mailbox full. I was then disconnected. I do not believe this company exists!! Took my money and ran! Don’t use them! I just had to purchase a last minute test at Heathrow! Extremely annoyed!!

I had ordered the test on the 14th and it arrived on the 19th. My flight was on the 18th. I had to do an emergency test that cost me 50pounds

Seriously I am not happy with your company....I purchased your day 2 lateral test kit I did the test and waited for 20min and it was negative I posted it and uploaded it in ur Web online I got an email from services telling me they can not understand if it's positive or negative it's so disheartening do u guys want me to buy nor purchase another one and I don't have money to do that....You guys needs to change this altitude it's not nice at all...With this I can't even recommend u to any one.. Hard to give a review for something I paid for and never received. Wasn't able to do a day2 test due to Skyway testing never actually sending a test.

Good afternoon Robert, It was myself who dealt with your refund after you advised us your test was not delivered initially. Royal Mail states it was delivered the day after your order was placed as I advised. Hope you have your refund back on your card which was processed on 8th February.

There was no instructions of what to do once the test was taken .You sent an email saying if there was no instruction in the package ‘click here ‘ and you would be directed to appropriate application,,nothing happened when you click this link .Eventually Once we navigated your web site and sent the results back ,my wife got her result back but I have heard nothing.

I sent my test sample before and after the test but, it came back unclear not sure why. I can clearly see the line to confirm negative result but your staff couldn't be bothered to check the second picture. You staff said, am yet to take the test which is incorrect and was the advice to self isolate for 10 days even though the government isolation policy is now 5 days. Very disappointed in the service.

Hi there Sydney. You are completely correct the NHS supplies free lateral flow tests, you are however required to log your results when arriving in the UK with a private testing company. There are many of us. It is a government requirement. Hope this clears this up. Kind regards Sam

I arrived home on Saturday test kit arrived on Tuesday. So a day late, then had to go online to get information. Paid £19.99 very poor service.
