My tests went missing in the post, not their fault. I had to get a test at the airport so I emailed in and asked for refund, expectingWe the usual 'it's not our fault'. Was given an immediate refund and apology!! No questions asked. They actually care and are really nice. I've recommended them and ordered tests for our return.
