I bought a sheet for my 6 year old son first. He has sleep apnoea and we'd been told that surgery was an option in order to improve his night time breathing - we decided to try other options first. The sheet has made a MASSIVE difference to his night time breathing - he doesn't snore any more and he's getting much better quality sleep. I can't quite believe that we might have avoided him needing surgery just by having him sleeping on an earthing sheet! I've since bought pillowcases for my husband and I and another sheet for my daughter - we're converted!
