I looked forward to receiving my earthing mat, hoping it would perform as the adverts boasted. Unfortunately I was very disappointed as it did not improve my anxiety and inability to relax in any way. I felt absolutely no difference even after using it regularly as advised. Waste of money! Just glad now that I didn`t fork out for a full sheet!
