This sheet is the best thing I've ever bought to help with my Arthritis & Fybro , the first 3 nights I slept for 9 hours but woke with a headache but now I wake after 8 hours sleep feeling so much better in myself . I Carn't say all my pain has gone (perhaps that's asking to much )but hopefully time will tell on that one .
