Sleep Earthed were very helpful with my questions. I purchased the earthing mat. I started using the mat straight away whilst working during the day and in bed at night under my feet. I noticed an improvement in my sleep straight away. I thought I slept well anyway so was very surprised feel the benefits! My husband also is sleeping better. If I have not been using the mat during the day, I do noticed that I don't feel as rested. I love this product! I bought another 3 for my children.
