I purchased a Weber charcoal BBQ, and had an excellent deal with a free additional grill. Delivery was quick. When the product arrived, the retail box had been opened, and the free grill placed inside. Unfortunately, this method damaged the lid of the BBQ slightly. One quick phone call and I was told to carry on using the BBQ with the damaged lid, a replacement being sent out ASAP. Within approx a week, I received the replacement lid direct from Weber. 100% would use Socal again.
