“I ordered charcoal briquettes from SoCal at a very reasonable price and when they arrived, unfortunatley the incorrect ones had been delivered. I contacted customer services and left a message, expecting, like most companies to never hear back, yet within 10 minutes I got a call back, very apologetic for their error, they sent me the correct briquettes I ordered for next day delivery and told me to just keep the mistaken order. Amazing customer service and it’s this that makes all the difference, would highly recommend SoCal to anyone. I’m sure they get it right 99% of the time, but the 1% they get wrong, they still do it right..”

“We have ordered several things from Socal and they have always been well packaged and delivered quickly! I did a click and collect order the other week and they emailed to double check I wanted to click and collect as my home adress is quite far away. If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is. When we collect the stuff the Socal team were absolutely amazing giving great advice and genuinely showing interest. Would highly recommend and I'm sure we'll be returning lots!”
