“The heater was delivered very promptly and its compact size is just what I want for my small lounge. The problem is that it only lights very intermittently. I followed the instructions for ignition very precisely, but if I hold the control knob down for the full 30 seconds the flame roars upwards and the panel doesn't ignite. If I hold it down for about 20 seconds the panel ignites, but then very often goes out as soon as I release the control knob (I hold it down after lighting for a while, as instructed). I have only lit it successfully a couple of times. I was told that the problem was with the gas cylinder, which was overfilled gas and the mix too rich. I phoned up Calor Gas, couldn't reach a human being, but was redirected by a recorded voice to a Calor Gas provider near me. However, they hadn't heard of overfilled cylinders, didn't know what to do about it and referred me back to the small shop where I bought the cylinder. They have already changed my gas cylinder once. Round in circles!”

“No clear information about the order. No confirmation of payment. Invalid or blocked phone number. The complete absence of the customer relations concept. No information about shipment. Great difficulty with feedback from the store.”
