“Good range of equipment of good quality, helped me with technical question . Only downside was slow delivery , but that may have been COVID 29 related.”

“I found the online ordering system very easy to follow, the only niggle I have is with payment, you have to use paypal. Why could I not be given the option of using visa, which I prefer as I do not like giving my details to third parties. Other than that no complaints, ordered in the afternoon, delivered first thing next morning. I only gave 4 stars because if I give you 5 you have nothing to aim for.”

“Everything was just fine and i've used socal before. If i had to pick a gripe it would have been notification of delivery would have been helpful. I had to leave the empty gas bottle out front in case i missed them if i'd been out. But no real biggie.”

“Bought a 47cm weber smokey mountain. A 37cm WSM was delivered two days later. After emailing and phoning the correct 47cm WSM was delivered two days later and the incorrect 37cm WSM was returned.”

“Great Service The delivery was extremely prompt The product was simple to assemble Yet to use as yet One Con: There were one or two panels where the end attachments had been slightly bent. No damage to the package upon arrival so must assume damaged either during fabrication or packing. However these were easily bent back into shape without damaging the coating.”

“The website description of the replacment barbeque part I bought was inadequate and so i ended up with the wrong bit (hence one star off the rating) but SoCal were excellent in sorting it out and getting the part returned. Would happily buy from them again as you can trust them to assist you.”

“The best was definitely the delivery driver, very friendly and helpful and him alone would make me considering purchasing from SOCAL again. The downside was the price. SOCAL is ALWAYS more expensive than near enough everywhere else locally.”
