I found the online ordering system very easy to follow, the only niggle I have is with payment, you have to use paypal. Why could I not be given the option of using visa, which I prefer as I do not like giving my details to third parties. Other than that no complaints, ordered in the afternoon, delivered first thing next morning. I only gave 4 stars because if I give you 5 you have nothing to aim for.
