From moment of ordering to collecting I can not fault them ! Yes I thought I asked to collect but had clicked for delivery ! One email from me asking to collect was met with an Email back telling me wasn't a problem and would be sent another saying when ready to collect . That duly arrived and on arrival well directed with signs to gas department. Greeted by a very polite friendly smiling lady who took my details and due to covid restrictions kept her distance but still showed me where to pick my new bottle up from and where to leave the empty ! Im a Well satisfied customer . Thankyou
