Ordered a Manhattan heater,arrived next day delivery,with one hour time slot excellent...unfortunately when I unpacked it there was a scratch along the bottom at the front,I spoke to customer services,who arranged to send out a replacement next day,and also to collect the damaged one.excellent service,would certainly recommend.
