Great service, I received an email saying the items were ready for dispatch (and they called to discuss an item that was out of stock - they agreed to substitute it with a superior wood pellet). The items were well packed and exactly as described. Although the item arrived a little later than expected, it was still fairly quick and I was kept informed. I ordered the items late on Wednesday, they called (to discuss the out of stock item) on Thursday and said it would be will be with me Friday - it arrived Saturday morning!
