I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I placed an order on November 13th, 2023 for my son’s birthday gift, which was on January 6th, 2024. The order number was 34820. I paid the full amount and sent you the receipt as proof of purchase.
However, I have not received any confirmation or update on the status of my order. I have tried to contact you three times via email, but I have not received any reply. I have also searched your website for a phone number, but I could not find one. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable for a reputable company.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with your service. I request that you either ship my order immediately or issue me a full refund. I also expect an apology and an explanation for the delay and the lack of communication. Regards, Kate
