The book arrived today, just 4 days after I ordered it. It is absolutely fantastic. My great grandson will love it at Christmas

Do not order from Heroics. Ordered and paid for a book over a month ago and have received nothing. I have emailed the company multiple times and have received no response. There is no phone number to call. I do not think the company is operating or it's a scam.

My order has not been dispatched it was a special gift for my son’s birthday. I payed for rush shipping and asked in the Facebook heroics before placing order where I was promised it would be here in time. Not very happy at all.

Bought the book for my Grandson for his birthday, he loved it and was delighted to see his name and number on it, was the perfect gift as he is a mad football fan, was very pleased with the book and prompt delivery

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I placed an order on November 13th, 2023 for my son’s birthday gift, which was on January 6th, 2024. The order number was 34820. I paid the full amount and sent you the receipt as proof of purchase. However, I have not received any confirmation or update on the status of my order. I have tried to contact you three times via email, but I have not received any reply. I have also searched your website for a phone number, but I could not find one. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable for a reputable company. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with your service. I request that you either ship my order immediately or issue me a full refund. I also expect an apology and an explanation for the delay and the lack of communication. Regards, Kate

If you are buying this for a female then don’t bother would be my advice. I bought this for my niece and it’s pretty terrible. All the wording and art is for a men’s team apart from a few squares. They’ve done such a half baked job of making this multi gender. I think it’s terrible and just hoping my niece is less critical. It’s basically about a woman joining a men’s team, which is weird. She wants to play with Leanne Kiernan, not Mo Salah.

Ordered on the 24th November. Still waiting as of today the 12th December. After finally receiving one email back from customer services they promised it would be dispatched by 11th December at the latest yet it's still awaiting shipment today. Will never use this company again.

I ordered a book in early October and it is still yet to be received as of today (4th December). "Apparently" the book was sent (with tracking) to my address in NZ but when it arrived at the local Distribution Centre the address was incomplete and there was no phone number provided (both of which were provided at the time of ordering) so the package was therefore returned to the UK. Since then I have attempted to contact the supplier multiple times via email and also using their useless online chatbot but had no response whatsoever. Customer Service is non-existent!!! The website is very clear about a 100% money back guarantee, but how do you go about obtaining that refund when no one will respond to you? Maybe it's time for someone to contact the consumer guarantees act or Fairgo (a TV show here in NZ that outs companies like these ones that show a complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction). Or preferably, maybe someone could just respond to my many queries, resend the book with the correct address and phone number, and my 9year old son will enjoy opening his Xmas present in three weeks time. Yeah right!

The book is really lovely unfortunately, think you should include hair colour, I choose the skin type which was light brown because my grandson is mixed race and has black hair when it arrived he had red/ brown, so can't give it to him so extremely disappointed

Just received the book for my grandson and it is wonderful. Thoughtfully packaged, good quality, beautifully presented, especially with the certificate, and a wonderful keep sake! The service was great from start to finish. Highly recommended. Thank you 😊

I have tried many times to order a book and the Web site is awful. This is such a shame as my son would love this.. I've filled out the personal message part 5 times and still says i haven't filled it out. Very dissatisfied.

The concept of the book, the quality and the speed of processing/delivery were great, but poor customer service. The book arrived today, 2 days after being ordered - I paid the higher postage as I wanted it for Saturday. I sent 3 emails within minutes of placing my order to make a change and pose a question. I also attempted contact via the interactive chat on the website and received no response whatsoever. The only email I received was to say my book was ready and despatched. I was unable to find any contact number other than the email address. Sadly, if it wasn't for the poor customer service I'd highly recommend this product.

Very pleased with my football book, is going to make a perfect Christmas present for a football mad grandson. Quality of book is great, well made. Packaged well. Did take a week to arrive but that was the fault of Royal Mail. The book was posted within a couple of days of ordering. Includes a certificate of authenticity which I thought was a nice touch. A great price and a very unique gift. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

What is sent is not what is shown when ordering. I ordered book with front page 'Lilleywhites' and Fulham FFC logo on next page. What I received was 'Hero' of all things and no logo. Greatly disappointed but had to go with what was delivered. Neither had the time nor the inclination to complain.
