We made an enquiry to Frank as we were convinced our sofas wouldn't fit, so needed a contingency plan. He got back to us straight away on a Sunday and told us he could come round the next day but that he reassured us it they would fit without his help. Luckily he was right, but we really appreciated the advice and customer service. 5 stars
