We recently bought a Ultimaker 5S from Solidprint and had half a day with Ben unboxing/setting up the printer and some training on use of the printer and Cura. Ben was very friendly, clear and precise. He tailored the information/training he gave to suit our needs so we could get the best from his time during the visit.
I'm sure we will be buying again from Solidprint and would be very happy to deal with Ben in the future.
