“So far the service provided from Solidprint 3D has been excellent. The fast responses on email enquiries and the training provided was very insightful and beneficial. Ben was very knowledgeable and had plenty of tips and tricks for use to help assist on making our 3D prints easy and top quality.”

“Misleading and Unprofessional Service I paid $596.40 to Solid Print 3D for a kitchenware prototype, trusting their expertise. Their representative, Will, assured me they would use Polypropylene (PP), suitable for my product’s requirements. Instead, they used PETG, a brittle material that broke upon assembly. The product was incomplete at pickup, requiring immediate fixes. When issues arose, they blamed the design—a flat lid breaking in half is indicative of poor material choice, not design flaws. Having been a repeat customer, I expected better. Their approach was more about securing payment than delivering quality service. I advise caution when considering Solid Print 3D.”

“We have just Purchased our second P1S Combo from Solid Print 3D Amazing service, great advise hence our return custom. We had the training session too me and my 11 year old it was very good we got to lead the training by asking lots of question having had a play with the printer before the session i feel this was well worth the money. An all round great company, Thanks Guys”

“Reported a fault in a 3D printing hotend, Customer support promptly assessed the problem and helped identify the cause. They ordered replacement parts from manufacturer and sent temporary parts to me. Replacement parts arrived few days later with minimal downtime for our 3D printer. Many thanks to Jacob for the fast and effective service.”

“Great site lots to peruse, reasonable prices and swift delivery. However i have sent a couple of emails to customer service about filament and buying it in a bit more bulk but nothing.....Ghosted”

“Awesome service from George, being new to 3d printing and having an issue that was like I had and not knowing what to do. I reached out and George was able to confirm I had a problem, but also noticed something else as well and told me what he thought it was. He then ordered the parts from bambu and they were delivered asap. My printer is working flawlessly now.”

“Thank you George, I had issues with the resin tank, we discussed the possible faults, unfortunatley the tank needed replacing. He arranged the replacement tank for collection, a good knowledge of the product was essential for the support he gave.”

“Brilliant service. Solid print3D was easy to deal with and could be contacted easily after sales with prompt replies. We love our A1 Bambu printer and have been printing all sorts of things. Super easy to set up and now with AMS lite the options are endless! Well done solid print3D especially Neil who went out of his way to rectify a small delivery issue. Would definitely use again x”

“I've used solidprint3d several time now and each time ive had fast delivery ( in some cases free and next day) when ive spoken to the online chat guys they have proved their knowledge about 3d printing meaning if i have any issues with the printer i bought through them i wont have to wait until i get a reply from the Chinese manufacturers to reply to a message i can talk online immediately to the solid print experts”

“Overall giving this a 4star as delivery to me on some consumables a few weeks late, but I have eventually been assured this is unique period whereby the supplier is delayed with stock delivery. Just wished this was stipulated from the get go on initial order and not me having to chase up on and only then to be told. 5/5 on this part. Did the 90min setup/training course with George. It was good, adaptive to current skill level. Good pointers in there. Really enjoyed”

“Received our X1E next day from order. Had an issue with it to start with but with 2 quick emails back to George at Solid Print, the issue was resolved and we were up and running. Done the online training with Jacob and can honestly say these guys know what they are doing, how to do it, and the best way to do it. Wasn't any question they couldn't answer. Excellent company, and people to work with.”

“Our experience with SolidPrint 3D has been one of competence, patience and expertise.
