The gentleman I spoke to whose name is Felix was extremely helpful and polite and followed up with all the information necessary to mend the machine myself. I did this and all his working perfectly again. I would like to thank Felix for his assistance in this matter and the fact that he followed up is abnormal in today's strange business world. I am very glad that I brought my printer and AMS from solid print 3D.”

“I purchased a Bambu Lab H2C Combo through Solid Print3D and unfortunately encountered a significant manufacturing defect from the very first use. The printer produced excessive and abnormal noise during Z axis bed movement, which worsened with speed. Despite extensive troubleshooting, including applying lubrication, inspecting all mechanical components, and fitting replacement parts supplied by Bambu Lab themselves, the root cause was eventually identified as a factory bed misalignment on the rear leadscrew. This had caused the bed to fight against the leadscrews from day one, resulting in permanent uneven wear on the leadscrew threads of a brand new machine. When I contacted Bambu Lab directly they were unable to resolve the issue and directed me back to the reseller. This is where Felix Jolley at Solid Print3D truly distinguished himself and demonstrated what exceptional customer service looks like in practice. From the moment Felix received my formal complaint he acted with professionalism, urgency, and genuine empathy. He submitted a replacement request to Bambu Lab on the same day, proactively requested compensation on my behalf without being asked, escalated the case to a senior contact at Bambu Lab when their admin processes stalled, and arranged his own courier service when Bambu Lab's label system failed. Throughout weeks of delays caused entirely by Bambu Lab's internal processes, Felix kept me updated consistently, was transparent and honest at every stage, and never once made me feel like just another support ticket. He even offered to print items free of charge on Solid Print3D's own machines while I waited for my replacement, which speaks volumes about the level of care he has for his customers. When I raised concerns about shipping methods, transit damage risks, and delivery timelines, Felix investigated every point thoroughly and communicated the findings clearly and honestly. I dread to think how this situation would have been handled had I purchased directly from Bambu Lab. Their own admin processes were consistently slow, disorganised, and at times contradictory. It was Felix and Solid Print3D who carried this case over the line through sheer persistence and dedication. Felix Jolley is an absolute credit to Solid Print3D and to the industry. His professionalism, persistence, transparency, and genuine care for his customers is rare and deserves the highest possible recognition. I will not hesitate to purchase every future printer through Solid Print3D based entirely on the exceptional experience Felix provided. If you are considering purchasing a Bambu Lab printer, do yourself a favour and buy it through Solid Print3D. The difference in after sales support is night and day.”

“Excellent training from Solid Print 3D. We had a 1-day, 3D scanning course delivered on-site at our office by Daniel, covering the FreeScan Combo; scanning principles and best practices, marker use, part holding, combining and reviewing scans, measurement, creating reports, and reverse engineering in QUICKSURFACE (SolidWorks mesh reverse-engineering plug-in). The training covered the full workflow from start to finish, scanning and reverse engineering a useful part from one of our live projects, which made it especially practical and relevant. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and a great teacher. He shared lots of valuable insights, answered questions clearly, and ensured all four of us had hands-on time throughout the day. We covered a huge amount in a single day, and not a moment felt wasted. The offer of continued support after the training was also greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.”
