“Can't fault this company. Really pleased i made my big purchase from them (4L + cure chamber etc etc). Staff are attentive, helpful. Prices for consumables are good too, just no need to go hunting for better prices. Delivery is spot on and reliable \;-)”

“We were extremely impressed by the service; from the efficiency of sending out the printer and the level of support; everything has been seamless and a great experience all around. Our session with Chris was very informative and he was very happy assisting us with setting up the print files and getting it up and running for us. We definitely recommend their services; particularly the level of support and recommendations for machinery.”

“Very happy to Leave a 5 Star review after my discussion with George today. Contrary to my previously uploaded 3 star. As mentioned in my previous review, most aspects of our experience have been 5 star. I simply couldn't review "individual aspects" of the business. The product support side of things has been especially good ever since we started getting set up. George came in today and delivered training to our guys on site, and I'm very pleased with the results. He also fixed one of our H2S's on the spot that had been delivered out the box with a fault. Which you can't say most places will do for you! I'm very satisfied with where our discussions on issues we have experienced. And I do not want a single segment of the process overshadow the epic care we've had from all other aspects of there business.”

“Absolute brilliant service from these guys, delivery was very quick and the item worked amazing. We had an issue with our 3D printer a year down the line and Jacob was on the case straight away ready to resolve our problem. Multiple emails back and forth but Jacob didn’t give up trying to help, we finally resolved the problem after 2 Different parts being sent to try! Highly recommend for products as well as their outstanding customer service. Thank you!”

“We just completed the 90 mins Bambu training with Charlie. We are very happy with the training. Charlie took us through the basics (and some advanced) features of getting started with our 3D printer. The slide deck provided is very informative. Thanks to Charlie and the Team.”

“I just bought my first 3D printer from Solid Print 3D, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the experience was brilliant – the team were super helpful and provided clear, useful information that made me feel confident about my choice. “I now have the H2D machine working (that took no time at all) and it is doing a remarkable job, very quickly. Let me tell you you why: - I have 2 Prusas and have found over the 4 years I have owned them, one of them was not working, because they break down easily and it takes time to get them working again. The cost of parts is much less of a problem than the lack of reliability. - The prusas took months to get them set up to work right: I had months of creating spiders webs, and tried many different types of glue plus multiple types of filament, plus a ridiculous amount of work getting the temperatures of bed and nozzle vaguely right. Crikey my patience was tested. The speed of the Prusas was Ok, but not great. On the very small stuff I am making (it is 3 mm thick frames that fit together), the quality of output was atrociously bad. I still do not know what the primary cause was - I gave up with it. - The Bambu H2D turned up on a pallet, and man-handling it was a slight challenge. Getting it connected was quite easy - I just followed the instructions on the screen, and once I just accepted the idea of using the Bambu central store (instead of my local, high quality laptop as controller) it worked without trouble. - Now that I have the machine working, it is printing the small (indeed micro) parts that I need, and it is significantly quieter (the housing helps), and dramatically faster. What a delight the thing is. It "just does" the printing. So all in all, I am completely delighted with the printer and especially the quality of the output. That is why I bought the machine in the first place.”

“Everything went super smoothly — from the first contact to the training and setup. Charlie, who led the training, was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and in detail, making the whole session really helpful and easy to follow. George handled the sales side and gave us a great tour of the company. He walked us through the printing process and different types of 3D printing, which was super informative and gave us a better understanding of the technology. The whole experience — both training and sales — was top-notch. Great communication, no issues, and everything arrived as expected. We’re really happy and definitely recommend both the printer and the team — especially Charlie and George!”

“George immediately identified the problem - in my case a faulty main PCB in the AMS - and sent a replacement PCB which arrived the next day. Fortunately this was a an easy swap out for me to do, and the printer was back up and running in 10mins. It seems to have solved the problem.”
