“Bought two Bamboo P1S printers and they arrived the next day. Started printing 20 minutes later. Excellent printers, the quality and the speed are exceptional. this is creativity on tap!”

“We hired a Laser Scanner from SolidPrint3D to scan a large item outside. They assisted in choosing the best tool for the job and their technical support was superb, so much so that we could not have completed the project without their help. We will use SolidPrint3D for any future scanning hires.”

“Jack thoroughly explained what FDM 3D printing is, dedicating a significant portion of his presentation to detailing the printer's features and specificities. He demonstrated step-by-step how to exchange parts and set up prints, presenting the information clearly so that my team could easily understand it by re-watching the recording of our session.”

“There was a manufacturing problem with a cartridge I was sent (not Solid Print3Ds fault). This was needed for an urgent job. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure a working replacement was sent out in time for the work I was completing.”

“We're very happy with our new Form 4 - Solid Print3D were helpful during the sales process, giving all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and delivered everything we needed promptly with minimum fuss. The printer has behaved very well so far - easy to use, great quality & speed, no failed prints, and it's been cleaner than we expected - the Wash and Cure stations keep everything nicely contained. Solid Print3D have also been responsive when we've ordered supplies and requested new material samples.”

“Jack from Solidprint3d delivered an excellent one-day training on our new Voltera One PCB printer. He covered additive manufacturing basics, machine components, and typical workflows in a clear, thorough presentation. The hands-on session was equally valuable, guiding us through the machine's parts, software navigation, and a practical "Hello World" PCB printing exercise. Jack's expertise, clear explanations, and patience were impressive throughout. His proficiency with the Voltera One and ability to convey complex concepts made the training highly effective. By the end, we successfully created an operational PCB, demonstrating the training's practicality. Overall, I'm very pleased with Jack's training, which has well-prepared us to use the Voltera One in our work.”

“After service is the best I have ever received from any company, had a issue with my printer and they were in contact within a few hours and kept in contact with me even after sending out the parts I needed, they have just emailed to check how I am getting on. i can’t think of any company that’s this good with aftercare”

“The training we received for our 3D scanner was perfect for our needs. As a company, we have very limited experience with 3D scanners, and George was able to tailor the training not only to suit our experience, but also to suit the types of parts (and environments) that we will typically be scanning. The training day involved a fair amount of problem solving, where we would present George with an issue that we had experienced, and George would propose and demonstrate a suitable solution. I would not hesitate in recommending Solid Print3D.”

On the day, we were made to feel very welcome and we were given as much time as we needed to ask questions and get hands on with the products. “Very impressed with Solid Print 3D - excellent customer service! We were having trouble getting hold of a bio compatable resin from our usual supplier and it was delaying an impotant research project. By chance I came across Solid Print3D and thought I'd try them. They responded to me inquiry very quickly and once I'd ordered, the resin was with us next working day. Despite a mistake on my part they, they arranged an exchange without an issue. All the way through they have been helpful and efficient. Thanks to Tom, Emma & Eleanior for great service! We'll defimnately be using Solid Print3D again.”

“Solid print3D have been amazing, their service and knowledge is second to none. My students have really enjoyed the experience of using the 3D printer, being a special needs school we find a lot of our students learn more through a visual and process, you definitely get that with a 3D printer. “Hi, Where to start. I had an issue with my Bambu Labs P1S Extruder as it just stopped feeding and the hot end had blocked, what part caused what is debatable. However I logged a ticket with Bambu Support for the issue and the E3D Hot end. After much chasing Bambu almost a week later responded saying I had to go via Solid Print 3D as that is where the printer was purchased, I stated at the very beginning where i purchased the printer however it didn't make any odds. Now its a week since logging the ticket, i emailed Solid Print 3D Technical Support and bang on 9am the next morning (Sent the email at around 10pm) I received a call from George at Solid Print 3D and I explained the issue regarding the extruder and the hot end (I never got the E3D 0.4 from Solid Print 3D either). George immediately said he would pop a new extruder in the post and that I will receive it the next day, he also as an amazing gesture asked if a 0.6 E3D would help me out as the 0.4 had failed and they only had the 0.6. This was amazing news to hear and such an amazing gesture and showed that they genuinely cared about the customer and Ive only ever purchased a single printer from them, im not a business customer spending thousands. I am just a member of the public who purchased a 3D printer for my hobby. I received the extruder and E3D Obxsidian 0.6 the next day at 10:45am and was setting a print up by 11am. I cant express how important it is to know that a supplier like Solid Print 3D is in your corner. Bambu Support are heavily pressured and very busy so waiting on them can be very timely. Solid Print 3D helped me out there and then - painless and they went above and beyond which is a very common phrase heard when speaking about Solid Print 3D in the printing community. Bambu Support took a week and I got no where fast. Solid Print 3D was under 24 Hours (unbeatable, phenomenal service). George was extremely knowledgeable and understood Bambu printers like the back of his hand, but not just Bambu but all brands and it was great to speak with him. I have to say that the service received from Neil and George is simply exemplary and to know I have their support with my purchases from them is extremely reassuring to know.”
