“The service we have received from Solid Print 3D has been excellent from start to finish. Jack comprehensively guided us through all of the options available to us and once we chose the printer we wanted he then worked very hard to get the best price and package together, 5 star customer service throughout. Then came our training day with George which was incredibly well delivered, his knowledge is abundant and he imparted this to us in an easy to understand and practical way. We have since set up the printer and printed the first part on it without a glitch, we'd highly recommend his training day!”

“A substantial purchase requires a lot of questions and support and that is exactly what we got from Solid Print3D. Always quick to reply, never felt pressured, good communication about delivery and a relaxed training session leaving us feel that we are still being supported after the purchase of our desktop waterjet cutter.”

“So far Solidprint have made the whole process of buying our first 3D printers very simple, and easy. Training was supplied by Ben, who did a fantastic job of the presentation, answering my random questions and then allowing me to delve into my geek side. Thank you Ben, and yes the warm water will work! Just let me know if it changes dimensions if you could please ;) All round so far a great company to be associated with. Keep up the good work.”

“I have a small DIY project that ideally needs a printed part, and although Solidprint were not at this time able to offer bureau services to print it they very helpfully gave me some advice regarding the correct scale, materials and printing methods that should yeild the best results when shopping for somewhere to actually make the item.”

“Ben is an excellent instructor, very knowledgeable and experienced. The course provided an excellent level of framework into the wide range of 3d printers, designing products, using alternative software, typical problems and issues and how to overcome them, maintenance of our 3d printer , types of products and accessories. Ben provides excellent backup and professional assistance. Thank you Ben”

“Ben is very professional with a wide knowledge of 3d printers and design, I found the course very informative and broad, cover all aspects of 3d printing, from ground up, including design, software , maintenance, products and techniques.
