“Did a training course today which was mega helpful, Charlie was really able to help me out by explaining all the things the awesome 3d printer can do which we also bought with Solid Print3D and are very impressed with delivery and customer service will definitely be using them in the future!”

“We had purchased a Bambu Lab H2D Pro along with AMS Pro and AMS HT. We received our items not long after we placed the order, which was great. The service throughout the whole process was also prompt. We had our onboarding session yesterday with Christopher and he was super friendly and insightful. My team came out of the session fully enriched and positive vibes all around. Thanks!”

“Charlie was super helpful and was able to get our training booked in for the next day! He answered all of my teams questions and gave us all the useful troubleshooting tips! We've had experience with other companies 3d printer training and it was no where near as informative as Charlie. We are now confident we can rapid prototype on our printer with no hassle and know that we have support out there if there is any problems in the future. It also wasn't boring. We have had meetings where keeping our eyes open was the thing we had to concentrate on. Thanks Charlie!”

“I originally purchased a printer from Bambu Lab direct, which was going to be delivered in 2 weeks. In the interim, I emailed to ask some questions, they did not get back to me at all (even to date, 2 months later)! I did discover Solid Print3D, who also sell the product but like most I thought 'nope, will order direct from the manufacturer' however due to Bambu Lab not replying, I thought let me see if these guys know a telephone number for a UK call centre for Bambu Lab - there is not one! I am glad I called (unfortunately I do not recall the name of the person I spoke to), he was super supportive - no question was 'silly' and I just felt so confident in the company, the salesman even told he does not know everything about Bambu Lab but he knew alot, made me think, I wonder how much more must the 'Bambu lab in house expert' know. I then discovered as they are a big Bambu Lab reseller, they have an exclusive 'channel' for their existing customers so they could report my faults (if any) on my behalf to Bambu Lab. A nice touch but not something I would need.........until........... A very discreet fault was present but did not cause an issue yet, George & Charlie in tech support were brilliant when I explained the issue. They raised the fault with Bambu Lab and a replacement part was sent out to get the issue sorted quickly, truth be told it was way too technical for me and time consuming. As I was within a week of my purchase, George arranged for Bambu Lab to send me a replacement unit even though they were sold out everywhere (including Bambu Lab's own website) of this printer. I had no real down time in production, besides the 2 hour window it took me to repack my old printer and unpack the new one, but that was done in one evening. This was a massive plus, even Bambu Lab would not send a new printer without the old one being sent back first and inspected. Plus they had no stock via their retail channel so I would have had to wait over a month for the printer. This again is the real big plus, Solid Print3D are clearly unique and they essentially gave Bambu Lab their word that I will send the printer back as soon as I have the replacement - this proved to me that are going the extra mile and actually treating me the way they expect to be treated. Up to this point, from a service point of view, George and Charlie were the only people I dealt with so though they had the backing of Solid Print3D behind them to complete the tasks, they deserve all the credit. It does not stop there, Bambu Lab did not really keep me informed to when they will pick up the old printer and sometimes the carrier would show when I was not at home and on occasions not show up on the dates they agreed. At this point, I think Solid Print3D were also fed up with poor service from the carrier so in Georges absence due to annual leave, I dealt with Jacob who arranged for DPD to collect the item from me and let Bambu Lab pick it up from their warehouse so I do not need to worry about being home. This review deserves detail, as a simple one liner does not really tell you why Solid Print3D is miles apart and how they quickly resolve issues when things go wrong. This is important, buying is one thing but when things go wrong its a huge thing that is more important. I am glad I bought from these guys, it has already paid off buying from them. This is customer service as its best and when you are spending alot of money, you need that professional backing in your corner when things go wrong. As I keep telling people, make your next purchase with Solid Print3D, you will not regret it. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

We had an excellently informed account manager who helped refine requirements, and fantastic follow up training with the device. In the world of so many bits of hardware and so many differing capabilities, it's great to be able to engage with a knowledgeable team- these things aren't cheap!”

“We have just purchased our first 3d printer, we didn't know what to go for, And what was the right place to start as this was our first time into the world of 3d printing. I spoke to Ben at Solid Print 3D that was amazing in helping us choose our first 3d printer, Thanks Ben, Once we received our 3d printer I have been getting lots of amazing help and advice as we where nervous in doing anything wrong. “We bought a H2D Pro to replace an older BCN3D printer. The Solid Print staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. We had no issues, and support was always available for any tethering issues. We were also provided with training which explain very well how to get the most out of our machine”

“I decided to invest in a Form 4 complete package, with additional tank and mixer. Having spent a number of years with various 'hobby' machines and constant failed prints, the Form 4 system is on another level. In just three print jobs since delivery, with no failures, superb quality and blazing speed. A few hiccups with deliveries, but the staff promptly sorted these out. Highly recommended.”
