“Update on solid print, the MD called me and resolved all of the issues, much appreciated, I called tech to help me set up as well and they were amazing, I can appreciate that the dispatch issues were a blip in what seems to be an otherwise great company to deal with.”

“Very pleased with the Formlabs 3L printer that we purchased from Solid Print3D. Ben Keyes did an excellent job installing and setting up the printer for us. The training was thorough and well presented and Ben made sure we were happy with all aspects of the machine before finishing and was happy to go into extra detail when required. Have already completed the first print and hopefully this will be the first of many.”

“Louis delivered a comprehensive training session on the Peel 3 scanner. He tailored the afternoon session on specific training for the items we would be scanning, which will give the team the confidence to jump straight in using the scanner and supporting software.”

“The customer service from SolidPrint has been exceptional. Myself and a colleague made the visit to their head office for a meeting with Tom Marlow-Gilks to be advised on a Formlabs resin printer. Toms customer service skills and product knowledge were fantastic and after a short meeting with him, we were clear on which printer was best for us. Part of our purchase was a 1 day training course on how to use the printer and this was conducted by Louis Thomas. The training course was great and Louis' knowledge and training skills were exceptional and myself and my colleagues finished the training course all feeling it exceeded our expectations.”

“We had Ben come to the office and complete an install and training day for the Form 3L printer. I only have good things to say about this - he was very professional and on the ball for any questions, and the training was engaging and informative throughout (this can sometimes be a problem for day-long courses, but not at all here). He was also very determined to ensure the printer was working perfectly, and quickly resolved a factory issue he found in the printer (the build plate was a bit too small so required alot of force to insert and remove from the printer). He quickly documented this and arranged for a new build plate to be sent over the next day. If we did need any future 3D printing products and training, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and Solidprint3D for this.”

“Thanks to ben for coming down to install and provide training on our new Wazer waterjet cutter. He had the machine installed in no time and then provided easy to follow training to the whole team. Would definitely recommend the install and training package to anyone else looking to buy a Wazer.”

“The training session provided by George was informative, covering useful tips and tricks for scanning different materials and achieving high-quality scans quickly. He also helped me to better understand the pros and cons of the device, as well as how to troubleshoot common scanning issues. Overall, the training session was comprehensive and highly valuable in improving our scanning abilities. I definitely recommend it to everyone.”

“After purchasing a 3D printer package from Solid Print3D, Ben Keyser delivered an absolutely amazing training session. We talked about the history of 3D printing, current types, how we can use our printer for our benefit and so much more. Ben's delivery throughout the day was very professional, with a lot of his personality shining through. Everything from the initial visit to Solid Print to discuss our requirements, to the quoting process, to the ordering process, to the commissioning, to the training has been spot on.
