We had Ben come to the office and complete an install and training day for the Form 3L printer. I only have good things to say about this - he was very professional and on the ball for any questions, and the training was engaging and informative throughout (this can sometimes be a problem for day-long courses, but not at all here). He was also very determined to ensure the printer was working perfectly, and quickly resolved a factory issue he found in the printer (the build plate was a bit too small so required alot of force to insert and remove from the printer). He quickly documented this and arranged for a new build plate to be sent over the next day. If we did need any future 3D printing products and training, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and Solidprint3D for this.
