“I've used solidprint3d several time now and each time ive had fast delivery ( in some cases free and next day) when ive spoken to the online chat guys they have proved their knowledge about 3d printing meaning if i have any issues with the printer i bought through them i wont have to wait until i get a reply from the Chinese manufacturers to reply to a message i can talk online immediately to the solid print experts”

“Overall giving this a 4star as delivery to me on some consumables a few weeks late, but I have eventually been assured this is unique period whereby the supplier is delayed with stock delivery. Just wished this was stipulated from the get go on initial order and not me having to chase up on and only then to be told. 5/5 on this part. Did the 90min setup/training course with George. It was good, adaptive to current skill level. Good pointers in there. Really enjoyed”

“My son had an issue with his new 3D printer - we contacted Solid Print3D technical support and received excellent service from George. We are awaiting a replacement part which we've been advised has been dispatched. All very good.”

“Our experience with SolidPrint 3D has been one of competence, patience and expertise. “Fantastic, website said next day was free so selected it thinking it would be after Christmas as I’m not in a rush for this machine. Turned up on Christmas Eve, honestly can’t thank these guys enough. Brilliant service and ultra fast delivery. Thank you guys and have a great Christmas and a fantastic new year.”

“I ordered a Bambu Labs P1S about a week ago and had no issues whatsoever, ordered a Bambu Labs AMS at the weekend and the experience was not as smooth. Once the cause of the problem was identified and Solid Print 3d reaching out directly the problem was resolved completely.”
