Their representative, Will, assured me they would use Polypropylene (PP), suitable for my product’s requirements. Instead, they used PETG, a brittle material that broke upon assembly. The product was incomplete at pickup, requiring immediate fixes. When issues arose, they blamed the design—a flat lid breaking in half is indicative of poor material choice, not design flaws. Having been a repeat customer, I expected better. Their approach was more about securing payment than delivering quality service. I advise caution when considering Solid Print 3D.
