Awesome service from George, being new to 3d printing and having an issue that was like I had and not knowing what to do. I reached out and George was able to confirm I had a problem, but also noticed something else as well and told me what he thought it was. He then ordered the parts from bambu and they were delivered asap. My printer is working flawlessly now.
